They need to announce the clousure of the credit line, like stated in the filing, and then we should get a form8 followed by form10. Not sure they can make the form10 this week, who knows? My guess is that we get the a form8 very soon. However they have 5 days after closing it to the release of a form8. So it could be 1.5 weeks before we get the form10. We shall see, we need the CREDIT LINE this week!
