Lee - Deflation? Recently I received the following bulletin from my broker with my monthly statement.

"BMO Investorline self directed clients now pay a flat fee of $9.95 per equity trade - with no minimum account balance or trade activity required."

It used to be $29 buy and $29 sell. with minimum balance of $5000.
Are they getting generous or desperate?
