Can the shorts cover on the ask or do they have to cover on the bid?? Just wondering if a fund can come in at these prices and take a position without moving the PPS and would this help the shorts cover? TIA

ANY shareholder can venture a plausible explanation as to how the following shorts have been righted from the Toronto Ventures when ANY moved to delist. Below are the short positions up to the delisting of the company from the ventures.

The undeclared positions (naked shorts), well who actually knows the number of phantom shares that have been traded or if in fact there are illegal shares out there at all. My question is where are all the brilliant corporate minds that have huge skin in this game to aggressively attack this problem and resolve it once and for all?

There has been no word from ANY corporate post OVRL merger and Venture delisting or any reliable sources to inform the investing community as to correcting the problem if in fact there is an ongoing one. WHY!!
