I would love to see an IPO for NioCorp , Molycorp did their IPO at $14 usd. ...but I'm not even sure if an IPO can be done with NIOBF, does anybody have the answer to that?

Niocorp's proven mature management, and of course the Hugh resource and notwithstanding their contacts in the mining industry, makes them highly qualified for an upgrade. In my opinion....
