The headline that first got me worried

"Patriot Scientific Corporation Announces Second Cash Stock Dividend in Less Than a Month"

Why? A quarterly dividend is how 99% of stocks pay out, and would be acceptable to shareholders in PTSC. Gave me the impression someone was more interested in the daily price swing of their stock. That, to me, is a warning sign.
