I've speculated before that Lexington did this merger as an exist strategy, they are patent "experts" and must have had a hunch there was a high probability Bacom would be invalidated, so they pulled off a merger and dumped the shares to get there money back and much more. Now this is showing to be more true.
On the bright side, there's a relief this is over with Bascom, and DSS can finally concentrate their efforts on core business.
