I don't see 4.6 million there or anywhere near that. The industrial structure was definitely way under a million and we have yet to see anything inside. You can probably get one of those erected for few hundred k including the fence

Site two was a complete joke of a site. To renovate that entire building including the 10x20 walkin closet probably cost 30k. The walk in closet was such a joke fitxlong removed the pic off their page. 10 lights six oscillating fans and no water source. More like worlds smallest attempted grow op.

What else nothing left, by my calculations everything got done for under a mil easy
