the more ECOB sells, the more it loses has been the performance so far, which makes it obvious that they are selling below cost. it fact, it appears as though it is selling below cash costs as the accumulated deficit continues to increase.

"When I talked of what was required to get to profitability, I was talking about profitability for the company, not the shareholders."

It it doesn't matter. A CEO is charged with the creation of shareholder value. What good is any security to anyone when they can't make money...use loan shark funding and can't generate any sustainable revenues. There is zero evidence proven over time that this security and its CEO is even capable of making this work. This is making payday now and on the backs of shareholders. What CEO pays himself this kind of money without producing some measurable results (NOT FLUFF) that justifies that salary?

"Toxic financing is generally paid by a corporation through issuance of stock, so although that is bad for shareholders, it has no bearing on the profitability of a corporation"

In a perfect scenario and all the stars and moon are lined up....but the 90+% of pinks using toxic funding have zero success rate and I'm being rather generous by just saying 90..should be more like 99%. Toxic funding is also measured and the rate of dilution in this security has gone viral. No investor who understands share structure dynamics would touch this and now Flippers are about to get handed their heads to. This security is highly venomous and a very dumb risk to take on.

"It may also be that Home Depot realizes that home runs do not necessarily happen immediately very often."

Home Depot I know knows better. Home Depot isn't in the business of nurturing along high risk companies with very little to no brand value. They have planograms and buying structures in place that doesn't allow stores to stock or chance growth with out product sell through results. They study spread sheets and numbers... if the numbers aren't showing a measurable result they go to the tried and true products that have a proven record. Worry not... if this sprayed lumber had real value the big boy lumber suppliers would be in it and would tell home Depot that they can do this as well but were in the business of making money as well and anyone can sell unprofitably.... you just can't grow or sustain yourself in a healthy fiscal manner. This company in this tiny space they are taking up aren't worth the experimental dollars to do it with. Every good idea out there can be duplicated and that goes for ECOB to.

all just my opinion
