Hopefully, for the lawyer's sake, he or she collected something upfront. This "lawsuit" is going about as far as Stephen Hawking can pinch hit a baseball.

In my opinion Its really more ridiculous than that. If anyone tried to harm shareholders of ATTBF here it was/is Nick. Now everyone is supposed to be scared to stand up against wrong doing. What an alternate reality.
He crushed this stock when he left ATTBF and sold everything he owned at once,
Then releases over the last 2 months a ton of PRs boarding having an antagonistic tone.
Recently cancels the agreement for VDL tech, which he may or may not be able to license out, after ATTBF paid for it. This is out of control, he needs to stop wasting everyones time including our CEO's time.

And now he wants to hang on two two or three words in one PR from October when it is retaliation for the court case in Washington, which clearly was true and has merit because of the last ruling.

Give it a rest.
