But how can you explain the decision to go American on the stock, ---- and then not follow up on the opportunity that presents ?

Is it the money to get current with the filings ? ---- Or what ?

I am patient, and I am nicely long.

But I am sorely confused and just a bit frustrated.

Who lets a great opportunity slip through his fingers .....---- .....while he watches silently and fails to act ?
