The last two articles I posted were:

Driven by China, Global Methanol Demand to Rise Nearly 80 Percent by 2023;

North America Marks Return as “Production Powerhouse

and...

President Obama Revised His Executive Order on Flex Fuel Vehicles

Open Fuel Standard.

The one stating facts about China and methanol demand is quite fresh Aug/2014. The second article refers to the Open Fuels Standard, which is still very relevant as various states are starting to accept that this is a necessity for the economy to move forward with strength and diminish the reliance on foreign oil...

Just because you see an article that's a couple of years old doesn't mean you should offhandedly debunk its relevance without reading it...The market that we are entering is enormous and,because of that, reacts slowly on a global scale.

A trend first noticed quite some time ago is usually quite relative. Take E85, for example, everyone knows it's crap, yet for me to plagiarize someones article or just copy and paste the facts I'd have to go back some time to find relevant articles to when the news/fact or trend was first uncovered. E85 is still being used begrudgingly, so the article is still relevant.
Some times it's necessary to look at the bigger picture...
