They PR'd today.
That's not being silent.
They just didn't PR what most of us wanted to hear.
Which means, they likely haven't made any headway on what we really wanna hear (or else, they'd have said something about it).
IMO, if they've gone this long without addressing the dilution, they ain't gonna say nothin' until the a/s is reached and the matter comes to a head.
