It won't when the form10 is submitted, VODWiz is released and uplist occur.

Well none of those things are happening so thanks anyway! You have to have audited financials for a form 10 filing and HHSE doesn't have those.


Here is the email of the guy Todd Wisdom that Eric says has been working with HHSE on the audit. Feel free to email him also send him all the documentation where Eric states the form 10 is completed and filed with Macromedia back in Oct and that the audit is done. If Hogan Taylor is aware that a company is putting out false information they are required by the ethics code of accountancy to report it to the proper authorities and regulators. If you believe HHSE is lying about having an audit, then by all means send your info directly to their accountants as they have an obligation to report it.
