i have seen fwe buyers on the BID except for a couple brief periods last year where they were coming in at $0.23, $0.25, and $0.27 anywhere from 3K to 10K offers at a time.

assuming you are correct in your assertion that the company will be very successful and the stock price will follow - why wait for bottom feeder prices? why not secure stock right now when it is still very cheap and available...? when the other buyers come in - you will be chasing fewer shares at significantly higher prices.
