You forgot to mention that another public company OTC: ENRT had a joint venture deal with WOMP and cancelled it in October and lost their deposit. The reason was because WOMP wouldn't divulge their financials to them so ENRT pulled the plug on the deal.
Looks like WOMP has lined another bunch of suckers in IJJP and its partners.

Damn Sterv you really bring the DD!!! I didn't know there was this sort of potential here, I played it as a trade but now I'll take it more serious. So many people keep calling this the MJ stock of 2015 do u think this has that sort of potential??

Stervc, as usual your DD is a bit flawed. You only picked out certain bits of information.
How about this:
"We were able to acquire $2,100,313 of annual income in exchange for stock to be delivered in the future, over time, currently worth, $1,466,400 at today’s price. The value of the stock to be conveyed by the Company is less than one year’s income, even though the income to be paid pursuant to the contracts is to continue for as long as the marijuana farms continue to operate".

You portray the revenue much different. An exchange of shares for annual income? Lol, how many pennies are already doing this?? Never mind .10 cents this should be trading back at .0001 especially with the 3 Billion shares. Hardly a rare find here. Just another pump and dump scam. Folks - STAY AWAY from this pos!

I don't trust ANY American MMJ companies at all right now. I only trust Canadian MMJ co's, the ones that exist are legit. Just about all of the American MMJ co's stink like a pos to me.

Buuuuuuut, IJJP has ties to Canada MMJ. Finally, this is 1 American MMJ company that I actually feel good about buying now. I don't care about past mistakes made by CEO because any real relationships with Canadian MMJ is just HUUUUUUUUGE. This is what I have been waiting for. Some type of relationship of an American company with Canadian MMJ.

Anything under .10 is insane with this new income source over 2 million annually. So glad I kept these shares from a few months ago at ave .0009/share!! Next few days I'll be adding on several dips.
