Oh bummer, diluters have HHSE back in the ditch again today. Wait till the a/s increase and the new "im sorry bad timing" additional debt conversions are announced. I predict that HHSE stock will collapse this qtr.

Has any issuer ever issued securities for no apparent reason? Whether it be to purchase assets, working capital, paint the CEO's sisters house, put the kids in private school, buy a European sports car, take a vacation, buy a boat, purchase a Patek Philippe for the CEO's wrist, buy a Russian girl for the night?

Since the issuer is has financials that are not audited by an independent PCAOB auditor, nobody knows what they are doing.

ROFL look at all the sellers lining up at .01 trying to get out. BKRT cut them short and trying to sell off the HHSE dilution even less at .0095. HHSE is heading for .0050 this qtr.
