Where did you hear him say this?

I asked him directly on a conference call. He could only state it was "much higher" than the reported 45%. 75% makes sense since that is the level of ownership we aspire to in most of our other subs.

HY, this is actually very interesting and the whole reason for why I am having this conspiracy theory, we have also heard Solomon saying last year in a CC(Q3!?) that the ownership is a bit blurry in the sense that it is higher than stated in the financial reports!
IF they would be able to sell a part of this "excess ownership" to Chinese speculators (before an IPO in HK) it would be close to jackpot, imo it would even make a lot of sense....win-win, we need the money and Chinese investors, I'm sure, would love to come in "cheap" in a Chinese food-company a year before it is IPO'd.

Challe08, I have heard that Solomon on a direct question has said that the real ownership of SJAP is 75%. However, as this information has only been stated by Solomon and the company has not officially confirmed this number, one should perhaps not take it for granted
