Honestly, you've just described well over half of the OTC. And all of the MJ penny tickers were way down since june. Now some are rising, LATF is one that is on top of the list...
They've always been a quiet company, never big for PR's...call the numbers on the website, they are still there. As I stated earlier the website has also been updated with holiday discounts.
I've been holding some shares for close to a year, glad I did and added more throughout. And if one studies/believes in T/A and charts and retracements, as I do, the charts show this has found bottom and is going up from here, and the near to intermediate price targets from analysts range well into the pennies.
