No doubt - IMO their using the cover of the SAB's advice/customer feedback crap to try and justify the delay. Again, how do you prove something like this though - PROOF/EVIDENCE is what would be needed for any lawsuit to gain traction. Because of their "strategy", though, I wouldn't be surprised if a class-action suit gets filed as I'm sure there are many frustrated millionaire investors out there. IF SO, how ironic would that be as ALL of us here would have thought it would be a patent-infringement case that muddies the waters. Again pure speculation but they haven't done themselves any favors with months of silent treatment before that bombshell.

I'm not sure about fellow longs but I would be steppin it up in terms of contacts to ALL of Titan Mgt. about solid ideas/approaches to consider in terms of navigating the next 11 months. My focus would be on getting in the ear of Reiza and Dennis but keeping JH in the loop as well on your communications is a good idea. At best, it finally gets through to them and at worst, they delete the email or VM and status quo prevails. Whatever their direction, it is important that they ALL firmly believe in it.

Keep it professional and 1 person can make a difference. There will be lots of eyes on her especially over the next few months.
