I understand but it has to be for the term of the contract, like it was stated only 120k for one month would give no incentive. You are making them out to be total morons. I think this board is being a little harsh to harsh. These are very smart people with good advisors. Maybe someone should ask management for clarification, but I would bet it is for the term of their contract.
I agree with you Ad - 6x the monthly fee. Assuming 2016, her monthly fee is $21k by then x 6 = $126K as a 1-time payment. Not to mention what she has already received. Anyone else care to weigh-in ?
She is unproven and Titan, I believe, is her biggest client. She also gets the recognition IF an acquisition happens (and most likely higher profile clients)
