Again, the AS was 450M shares before 12/15/2014 and the OS was 403M shares on 11/05/2013. As I can tell from both the Level2 screen and past trading activities no any new share was diluted to the market yet since 12/15/2014. Thus the OS is either FIXED at 403M shares or maxed-out at the previous AS (450M shares)!
