Well since AMBS has 5 million in funding from the Series E shares that wouldn't make LPC the only source of cash to acquire ESS. You seem to be missing many facts these days...must be concerned about the PPS hitting your buy in target.

January has typically been a good month for AMBS. We all know you will be in before it goes up....regardless of whether is hits you low guesstimate price.
