again i disagree,

you will get a piece of whatever marketable product backs into the shell . . . obviously this is a last gasp scenario . . . in 2021 the shell is clean, let's guess DC rounds up 2 bil shares . . . R/S 1,000:1, then give 80% to the new entity . . . you get a piece . . . i've always said a 5 bil AS, unlimited RSs, is too tempting to let die . . . just wait out the debt . . . i'm not crazy, i just never say never, ever . . .
