Hi K and Allen, Re: UBA Portfolios....................

Mine started a bit earlier than K's, but wasn't really completed until around Feb of 2009. The design plan was in place around 2007 and I bought essentially all the equity positions, but didn't get all the income positions adjusted until much later. So, it wasn't balanced out until the 2009 date.

I've not updated this graphic in a while, but it continues to be a very well designed portfolio with a reasonable number of moving parts. Here's an older graphic that shows all the trades along the way, but it only shows 3 years at a glance.

Since there are ~10 moving parts plus cash, each trade looks very small as a cash adjustment. Also, I add in all dividends and interest to the cash since this is a retirement account on which I don't draw. The overall trend is still very good.

Hi K, Thanks for the very clear explanation. Most helpful in developing my own portfolio. Although I don't have all of these, I had started to get some of them and a couple of alternatives for cash (SPFF for one which is doing quite well overall.)

I assume that when you say: So all ETFs are AIMed separately with parameters (10,0,6,5) (BSafe,SSafe,BMin,SMin) you are using percentages for the Buy & Sell Minimum, correct?

How are you handling the split Buy and Sell minimum, via LD-AIM?

Best,

Allen
