You're right, it will not be the Aussies providing closure on the continuing saga of Radient. It will be Provista/Mac doing so, and soon in order to meet Provista expansion priorities.
And it will not be when the bill collectors and their time statutes run out. The actual remaining debts are completely manageable and those obligations are being met.
