Because they are the ones with deep pockets, and just so you know I'm not some basher, I actually own stock here, even though a lot of my posts have been negative recently. The type of grammatical errors they make in their press releases are ridiculous. It's using the wrong tense of words, repeating the same word accidentally, etc. Just look at the spacing of the words in that PR, it's all over the place. I'm talking about spending 2 minutes by having Microsoft Word fix these mistakes, not hiring a PR team. You'll never see NYSE or NASDAQ stocks with press releases that read like they were written by grade schoolers.
