#85820 RE: Running1 #85819

LOL! Treaty is out of business in Texas because of TRRC issues. The SEC will NOT go away and running is not a option for Treaty Energy. Big oil ??? LOL! What does Treaty have that any other oil company would want???? None of what you claim makes any sense...

#85821 RE: Running1 #85819

Won't do any good to try and blame others. It's obvious who the real cooks are...

Tesarskie is a liar and a crook too... He is well aware that he works for crooks yet put's out a update like this?

Makes him part of the Blackburn gang of thieves...

September 15th

There seems to have been some confusion as to the “legitimacy” of TEXAS SANDS RESOURCES LLC as a corporation due to franchise tax filings not being completed. This was an administrative oversight and has been resolved.

The fact is it was never resolved.

Perpetual Forfeited existence...

As of today...

https://mycpa.cpa.state.tx.us/coa/servlet/cpa.app.coa.CoaGetTp?Pg=tpid&Search_Nm=texas%20sands%20&Button=search&Search_ID=32042344492

Same for Sandbox Resources Solutions

http://www.wysk.com/index/texas/abilene/wd4qj97/sandbox-resources-solutions-llc/profile

As of today...

https://mycpa.cpa.state.tx.us/coa/servlet/cpa.app.coa.CoaGetTp?Pg=tpid&Search_Nm=sandbox%20&Button=search&Search_ID=32048491560

Then there was this dozy...

All of the assets formerly operated by C&C Petroleum Management LLC are currently in the process of being cleaned up by TEXAS SANDS. This is unfortunately an onerous and time consuming process as it is no secret to shareholders that there are significant outstanding issues with the TRRC. However, please be assured that we are working with TRRC and individuals in Abilene, TX with extensive TRRC background and experience to go through the issues and resolve them one at a time. Communication with TRRC is frequent and has been fruitful. We are confident that ALL outstanding TRRC issues can and will be resolved in time. To this end the McComas lease has been fully plugged and remediated. This lease is now no longer an obligation of TREATY and its shareholders.

Nothing has been done with regards with C&C petroleum TRRC compliance issues by Tesarski since or before this statement by Tesarski. And the fact is the 8 McComas wells were plugged by the State of Texas because Tesarski refused to comply. Saying that they are no longer a liability for Treaty is a big fat lie. The state of Texas will sue for reimbursement and the fine's still owed.

Then of course there are the claims by Tesarski of the "provable" 25 BOPD that never was; Tesarski hasn't even filed production reports for the last 4 and 5 months for those Texas Sands lease several are Severed including the Stockton leases and the rest under threat of Severance.

The Stockton lease was to become a "showcase for the technology and what we can do with innovative thinking in the oilfield." That of course was another lie. Nothing ever happened and the kicker is it is currently Severed for rule 8, water pollution concerns.

These are just a few of Tesarski's lies from one "shareholder update" September 15th...

Same ole Treaty Bullshit.

Chris Tesarski is a crook same has the rest and it is obvious that he was and still is working under the direction of Ron Blackburn. Tesarski continued with the same Bullshit PR's and investor "updates" as Reid put out. Tesarski has 7 Bullshit PR's and 10 Bullshit "updates" on Facebook.

Then there are all the lies on the Treaty webpage and Facebook page that remain to mislead folks that Tesarski never addresses let alone corrects.

The new "beginning" was nothing than some new Bullshit from a different Blackburn puppet...

#85822 RE: Running1 #85819

I have followed many stocks suspended by the SEC and that is one of the more crazy ideas I have heard and reeks of scam. Even if investors were to be stupid enough the give Treaty more money for filings, how does it make sense to spend it on a company that is also being sued by the SEC for securities fraud??? If the filings are done without the cooperation of those involved in the fraud how could the SEC ever think they are complete and accurate??? What about all the previous fraudulent filings that now would need to be amended FIRST??? Reid and Blackburn have invoked the 5th they obviously will not cooperate. There are years worth of fraudulent filings... How much would that all cost?? A company cannot file based on filings that are misleading and fraudulent. Even if by some miracle filings were submitted, how many questions do you think the SEC might have as they would very likely be lacking, and I doubt they would ever be excepted by the SEC until the securities fraud issues are dealt with and then Treaty Energy stock would likely be revoked anyway for the conviction's of securities fraud.

As for revenue... Revenue from what?? Texas Sands and Treaty Energy still have a whole boatload of TRRC issues, one being the P-5 very near extinction... Treaty can't even operate what little it has left. Treaty will also very likely be sued by the State of Texas for the 8 McComas well plugging's and very likely the 3 wells on the Barnes lease as well. That alone will cost 100's of thousands of dollars.

Then of coures there are all the lawsits and huge debts to about everybody... Nobody with any brains and common sence would give Treaty a dime. I doubt even toxic finaciers would touch this total POS fruadulent company...

It looks to me that the company is desperately trying to give hope were there is none to keep folks from selling when the stock trades again. What has been said by the company has been very lacking in details and very misleading. Treaty is still the scam it always was... Nothing is any different now than before... Nothing.

Treaty Energy is now on the Grey Market... There is no Bid/Ask displayed Traders will be trading blind. The only info one will have in knowing how Treaty is trading will be from T/S (time and sales) the trades of buys and sells will need to be matched by size and price per share. There will be NO market makers to provide liquidity and help with matching trades. When trading in the Grey Market you will need to think like a buyer. The trades need to match by price and size. So use smaller round numbered lot's. like 5,000 not 5,675 and 100,000 for like .004 stocks. I would used the "all or none" on my trades because I would not what to be left hanging for hours, but would sell in smaller lots of different sizes and slightly different prices. With good volume they could go pretty quick.

For the first few days and if you are lucky.. A couple of weeks, trading on the greys will have some good volume. My opinion of the suspended stocks I have watched has been to sell early and put it behind you as the odds of the PPS going higher than before it was suspended are very slim. There will actually be some buyers. They are true believers trying to averaging down and then there are some that will try to play a bounce from a extreme low. If you are hearing that you will be getting a PR with great news…Don't believe it. It is just a ploy to keep "investors" from selling. Most of these CEO's of suspended stocks have enough sense to keep their mouths shut. At least in anything that can be documented. Apparently Treaty does not poses that senses.

There is never a good outcome from a SEC suspension. Especially one also Charged with Securities fraud.

Sure the TRRC issues will be cleaned up. Just like Treaty was going to be a, what was it, a penny by 01/01/15 or was it 10 pennies? Either way Treaty is dead. Let them move, LOL, the SEC issues are US issues and anywhere they go the SEC and DOJ will get them. Funny, some said there was no SEC or DOJ investigation. I guess they were wrong like the penny prognosticator, huh. And BTW if they do move it will be on the shareholders dime if Blackburn and Reid left Treaty that much in the piggy bank when they left town in a hurry
