So you are telling me they filed and FNRA declined it. Otherwise it would have happened. So now they are going to re-file?

Filing expired last week--Hence the reason TBEV has been moving the last couple trading sessions. People know the R/S isn't happening right away and with news around the corner and the fact TBEV was trading near the 52 week low just a couple weeks ago, people are upping the bids and bringing in volume again. NYE was a great day for flippers who easily bagged 50%+ gains. I'm still holding long and strong though for the real run this year...
