Well it sounds like worse case scenario is that schedules remain as is. Which still would mean, mmj still gaining acceptance as well as recreational. So I think the sector will continue to grow, but possible get a nice boost with a common sense, favorable ruling.

IMO.. Any politicians opposing marijuana legalization at this point is committing career suicide. There's just too much support nation wide. Its not a question any longer of whether the government will shut it down or not.. It's the question of when they are simply going to fuck off completely.
