no,i dissagree...
WOGI IS in the oil business. they ARE actively drilling. the last pr was very clear and outlined future plans of operation,which btw,we should be getting updated on very soon i would think. the current float is about 60mill with an AS of 500mill and according to OTC they haven't done a split in almost three years..and that was a forward!so they haven't been doing a lot of selling!
this is NOT the defination of a shell!
