Observing company execs' lack of buying of shares at below-market prices ($1.08) is what speaks volumes.
Indeed, is it any wonder that the share price is languishing in the $1.40-area? There is no clarity (and that comes from the top) and a history of issues--real or alleged. Institutions unloaded over a million shares, net, last reporting period. That is not normal behavior by institutions for companies (such as, a pharmaceutical company) that are "going places".
The fact that posters--company apologists or not--have to haggle over the definition of a "year" points out exactly what poster Frustrated said.
Oh yeah, and if I recall correctly, after the big issue just over two years ago, company execs didn't immediately (or the Web site) come out with a statement, did they?
