I would agree that things need to be very crisp right now.

Final persuasive point.

According to the dictionary. When the adjective "coming" is applied to the noun "year" it implies following or impending; next; approaching: the coming year.

Again forward looking statements can be interpreted various ways depends on your views and discernment.

Now getting back to a point I was trying to make earlier.

Now what is important to note in my view, was the level of interest on potential partnership deals before the issues became apparent on Phase 2.

Now juxtapose those that were interested then with the current Fast Track Phase 3 Sunrise trial. Certainly, many of those companies are paying attention and are still in the picture.

They have not all left the bleachers.

Observing company execs' lack of buying of shares at below-market prices ($1.08) is what speaks volumes.

Indeed, is it any wonder that the share price is languishing in the $1.40-area? There is no clarity (and that comes from the top) and a history of issues--real or alleged. Institutions unloaded over a million shares, net, last reporting period. That is not normal behavior by institutions for companies (such as, a pharmaceutical company) that are "going places".

The fact that posters--company apologists or not--have to haggle over the definition of a "year" points out exactly what poster Frustrated said.

Oh yeah, and if I recall correctly, after the big issue just over two years ago, company execs didn't immediately (or the Web site) come out with a statement, did they?

Good post, Frust.
