common sense enter into the picture with respect to the SEC and ANY trading solely on the NASDAQ? Ya know they are not the Canadian Ventures for sure lol. The same markets where legal (funny) undeclared share (naked shorting) trading is the daily bill of fare. Yes common, there are numerous opinionated long noses out there and I have yet to hear from ANY one from the SEC about allegations of 'positive spin' but would like to. Better yet, has any forum member of ANY been contacted by the SEC about the long nosed positive hype the forum has conveyed?
