the REAL#-of-diluted-shares-is-115MILLION……some-common,some restricted, and those that are restricted have NO RELEASE DATE attached to them, so they could become "common float" shares very quickly…

does the shareholders % of ownership go DOWN???………ABSOLUTELY……..any other relevant questions?????

DID THE transparent CEO offer any dates to ease shareholder concerns??????
