Which is why FBECD could easily go up (69.6% so far) today! Because the majority of shareholders have no any shares to sell unless they bought the new shares after the 1:1000 R/S! I bet 200K ~ 400K shares volume can drive the price to $0.1 easily since the float available for trading are such tiny (at most 300K shares per my estimation)...
