I find it difficult to believe that Apple is threatening to sue Samsung over the design of the Yepp. There is little if any resemblence IMO... perhaps Apple's exclusive on the 1.8" HDD has more to do with it. Smaller, sleeker, more functional is the way to go and has been the trend from day one.
