What red flag ... practically every penny stock on the OTC loses 99% or more of it's value before it does a r/s just to do it again and again ... it happens all the time .. that's the nature of OTC garbage ... SEC doesn't have the time or resources to look at em all ... especially one that keeps it's filings up to date ... smoke and mirrors Ponzi from Basilio and company .. they'll keep doing it as long as people keep buying lies ...
