lmo You are wrong in almost all counts in that post.
Let me explain through experience.

In Sept '99 I started watching a Florida Company. Miracom INc MIRM on the Bulletin board.
They had a new method of selling auto parts over the internet
It looked promising so I invested 1000 shares at $1.50
They had 4 Hot shot young executives and hired in more hot shots.
By January 2000 they were going to set the world on fire,Share price kept creeping up.I invested more at $4.50.
The middle of January I went and visited them to look over my investment.
I got there the day after Peter Lynch of Fidelity had visited them and they were ecstatic about that.If they couldn't fool me, I know they didn't fool Peter Lynch
They had a fancy office and lots of pictures and about 6 people working computors.
They were bragging on the internet about showing their product at an Orlando Auto show in February.
I remember the day before the Show, the price skyrocketed to $38.00, and the next day it hit $50.00. I said good by to most of my shares and cleared $70 grand.
They really didn't have a good enough product and now is listed as PART and after reverse splits and other reductions are now listed as quote .0001.pinks
I just belied most of your statements that there are few$25.00 a share investors out there that will buy into a company with no trading history.Miracom was less than two years old,no proven product. They had absolutely no revenues,The original management were young college grads, the people they hired were young professionals or nerds,as some were called.
I believe to this say they have an active chat board with its resident scammers, gloaters, and cryers.

I can't argue about the scam company ties, but I believe I can counter with the creditable resumes of the new people involved.

Since none of us know the details of the so called questionable deal,we can't say yes or no but what management may have done the right thing by cutting loose.

With good news and maybe even suppressed news being let out, there in no reason to assume that CDEX can not shake the stigma of Loch Harris.

I don't know where you got the $25.00 a share figure, but if you believe anywhere near that figure would have been available why would you have opted out, unless you bought your original 5000 shares and just sat on them while the price was in pennies, and this has made you so bitter that all you can do now is trash everyones hopes. If that satisfies you surely, Hell will be your destiny
