Nah, it depends on how you set your indicators. One person can easily set the indicators of a chart to make OTHERS see what they want to see.

But that is the same as news too. One person says that it's great and the other fluff. I think there are areas in charting where 95% would read it the same.

Good point mentioned by stock clerk. If you are buying into overbought conditions, the odds of success are high.
