The only people that say that charts don't matter are those who can't read them beyond the most simplistic form....if even then.
It all matters! Volume most, IMO, but then charts, news, hype, momo... probably the only thing that doesn't matter in penny land is share structure. I say that because most pinks and sub-pennies share structures are filled with ancient and/or false quotes.
So many of these boards you read people saying "why if the A/S is listed as 575,000,000....how did we just trade 700,000,000 shares today??" LOL.
