And I don't disagree with that, But pretty hard to get a huge return when 2/3 of your portfolio is now in cash. Need new picks for that especially when etcia is questionable at this point (probably should be gone, and VTSI is kind of had it's run. All is just my opinion, and I could always be wrong though.
