Now, about those shares-

I realize that Toomey put off the need till June 2016. It's a well written 10K that puts this sweet information for the eye of the reader. But if you read deeper......

Here is some of the info that tells me they openly state they will most likely issue more shares. I do not think this is a bad thing because they will do it to strengthen the revenue flow, as it should be. This is why I'm holding, buying more, and checking out the MM action on this. I think this will be a great trade for all of us in early, and with an eye to timing.
