with ca$h must be delivered immediately
into the buyer's account? Or is there a
3 day settlement period or something or
is that for margin accounts?

I do not know what any of the rules are
regarding that. Just the fact that i do
agree with you in that most brokers are
usually helping out their MMs more than
their investors.

I think it has gotten much worse since
then. So should I be putting in a sale
order every day just to make sure that
they can't borrow them? I would love to
keep as much pressure on them if I knew
it would help force their hand.

I think once this is let loose by the market makers it's going to just glide back to .03 within minutes and then continue upwards towards previous valuations - causing huge gains and people trying to jump on ship. That and if there is news -- holy cow - this could get wild anyday now.
