#2465 RE: eatmenasdaq #2464

All is Good Here. Looks like BIGN had some technical difficulties with the stock dividend. No Big Deal. Picked up some more, and am waiting patiently for this profitable 1.8 cent gem to do its thing!!! It is definitely not their fault that the weather was so bad at the time of the last slotting. Just delays our profits a couple of months. I have definitely broken my diversification rule as 75% of my penny $$$$ is in BIGN. It is the surest thing I have seen in pennyland for a while!!! If Grimes # 2 comes in over 400 MCFG, it will prove the technology. Three more wells to be slotted soon and some WWNG news coming down the pike. A little patience will reward us Big Time!!!

I don't think that is the case.-Stock Dividends

If you're short and there is a CASH dividend, than that must be paid back to the company. I don't think that applies to Stock dividends. I own another stock that is going through a stock dividend, and noone has found anything from the SEC that states that a stock dividend requires all shorts to be covered and for that stock which is the dividend to be paid back to the parent company if you're short.

We need a link from the SEC explaining this. If this statement of shorts having to cover cannot be proven, then we shouldn't be getting into a hysteria because of it. It may require a discussion.

I looked through SEC regulations until I was blue in the face. I then asked two credible sources, and they discounted the theory.

Replies Welcome.
