The projects in that interview are at various stages of completion. 2 of them are almost finalized, while 5 of them are in various stages of the negotiation.
Medican has issued a few PRs with signed "letters of intent" that hasn't led to anything concrete for different reasons. They are sensitive to that fact, have been criticized for it and don't want to release that info in a PR until everything is finalized.
If you call their IR line, John (the man in the interview) could clarify things even more.
I have to agree about Gary Johnson (I even voted for him for President because of his MJ stance). I came to look at this stock originally because of him. I bought a few shares a bit high (which I still have). I have added a more over the last few days. To me this company sounds more promising than some MJ companies valued a hundred times higher right now.
