where to begin.....

"And why not tell me what your expertise is in for you to comment about the technology and products offered by edig. Especially why both of you think that edig adds nothing to the CE process."

Let see, what makes me think EDIG adds nothing to the process.
1. We can start with 12-14 years with no success at all and 50M+ worth of red ink.
2. Very few first contracts with anyone over that time period, and to date, ZERO second contracts with any OEM.
3. Negative margins on every single CE product ever sold.
4. Inability to produce a MP3 player with any type of sustainable advantage over the competition.
5. Utter failure of every single touted CE advantage, Voice Nav, multi-codec, speed to market, low cost, quality, etc.
6. New business plan every 6-12 months.
7. Using stock to pay bills.
8. Selling stock to pay bills.
9. The multitude of other CE devices touted over the years that went no where. (Cell Phones, PDAs, set-top boxes, digital cameras, handheld games, etc.)
10. Misjudgement of every market targeted; such as multi-codec never happened, voice nav a flop, secure downloads, music availibility, price points, margins, where all horribly misjudged by EDIG management.
11. Inability of the company to retain employees that are "outsiders".
12. 153M outsatnding shares and growing
13. Continual dependence on small time players for business.

Those are just the easy signs to spot that they are not adding vakue to the CE process, we can get more detailed if you wish. What do you see that makes you think EDIG is going to be front and center in the CE world?

and richardo...

couple of other things, since you state:

"Since you have no idea of my background, you are completely out of line with your personal attacks as to my understanding of the market and my financial background."

First, suggesting she my have a better understanding of things is not a personal attack. You asked the question, I answered it, if you don't want answers, refrain from asking questions.

Second, with your background and experience, what would you say the odds are of say a mutli-billion dollar NYSE company awarding any type of large, ongoing contract to a small company with no working capitol and no history of profits??

In your experience, do large multi-billion dollar NYSE company have any criteria in that area?? Thanks for your help in advance.
