Look at the history here!!5 REVERSE SPLITS REDUCING THE FLOAT BY 1:60,000,000 like in millions! With ZERO REVENUES AN IPO IS OUT OF THE QUESTION,! SO WHICH SCENARIO IS MORE PROBABLE.....I WOULD SAY THE REVERSE SPLIT,
