Like any shareholder just trying to understand how new CEO operates, everyone just guessing right now. Mr. Parks in other company issued himself 100 million shares and it takes on convertible debt in large amounts. Maybe at SAGD will be different. Anyway look forward to press releases soon !

Has anyone talked to IR guy listed on otc markets ?

Mr. Parks was in DHS Holdings. Lots of convertibles. Plus DHS was suspended by SEC. First Colombia lots of convertibles. Why not consider his track record ?

Maybe SAGD will be different. Does seem in short run could go back over $.001. Long run in question, seems unclear if Mr. Parks can deliver for shareholders based on his track record.
