I think there is a six month freeze on management buying so...if they had done any transactions with the stock within six months then they are prevented from taking advantage of these ridiculous prices.

P.S. Honestly, I'm not sure exactly what the freeze period is but I think it is quite substantial and six months registers somewhere in my entangled neurons.

P.S. P.S. It would have been nice if they had saved a little in the kitty to do some share buy backs at this price rather than buying up to $1.70

Here's hoping that we'll all be kicking ourselves in 2015 that we didn't take more advantage of these bargain basement prices.

Steve is heavily invested in this stock. He has made numerous buys this year with, as far as I can tell, no selling. (Fred was the only one selling thus year.) Here is a list on 2014 insider buying.
