Oil is going to remain expensive for many geopolitical reasons w/o the "shrub" playing God in the Mideast. Increased demand from India, China and the rest of the developing world as well as Chavez and his new alliances working against the USA and foreign oil companies in South America. America is losing it's ability to control oil prices through its Saudi connections. The USA is no longer the only game in town for OPEC.
