Almost everyone will be going to the dispensaries on the strip. Just like the hotels. The outliers will get the left overs, just the same as the casinos (Eg hard rock, stratosphere, golden nugget, etc.)

We will get revenues from the local residents. I believe we will do 5 million per year, per dispensary off the strip. Maybe 10, if we are lucky.

30 million a year is yet another lofty claim made by the same people that have had lofty claims for the past 6 months.

Yes, but this is medical mj we're talking here, not recreational. So yes, 40m people may visit per year, but I assure you not nearly that many are carrying around a medical prescription to buy it.

Bay area population: 7.15 million

Clark County population 2 million
http://quickfacts.census.gov/qfd/states/32/32003.html

Vegas visitors annually 39.7 million
http://www.lvcva.com/stats-and-facts/visitor-statistics/

39,700,000 visitors divided by 1000 (capita per thousand use of mmj) time 7.7 users per thousand.

305,690 potential medical marijuana users. Most will bring their own though.

Very low numbers. Far away from 150 million in revs for 2015.

Lets see a breakdown of your math.
